Nights out paid by Gail'sWorst thing
Rota is always sent out 3, 4, 5 days before the rota starts. I am unable to make plans in my free time.
There is a disregard towards my mental health as they treat me as though I'm just a piece to their machine.
I've lost a £4000 of savings due to the consistent reduced hours, yet they still hire more staff on reduced hours. This has been going on for 6 months. Therefore, I've had to cancel holiday plans and at times I haven't been able to afford to pay rent, food ect.
We're still expected to work even though there are trip hazards due to work being done on the building.Baker at Gail's, July 2022
