What people are saying about sick pay at Fullers

  • Best thing

The managers are fun to work with and understanding. The job isn’t hard and once you get the swing of it can be quite fun.

    Worst thing

Notice for shift changes can be as short as ten minutes before you’re due to start. Owner of the pub didn’t even know who I was after I’d worked there nine months. Shifts I’ve worked regularly on rota have been taken away from me permanently with only a days notice. I have to pay to take a break - I only get breaks when I eat and I have to buy my food. After putting in hours to help clean before the reopening after lockdown #3, I was not paid or compensated in any way, nor was I given or offered shifts until a week after opening.
