Best thing
The freedom, you are not overlooked or over supervised. Once you’ve proved you can do the job, you are left alone to do it. The pay is also very good.
Worst thing
The shift patterns. Shifts that eat into your days off like starting at 11pm on a 10 hour shift when the next day is a rest day. Also you can start the week on one shift and end it on another.
