Five Guys job reviews

  • Best thing

Great pay compared to industry standard, also includes regular (up to 2x a week) opportunities to receive cash bonuses as incentive to work hard, team is fun and there’s a wide range of responsibilities and tasks to do at an point in the day so you’re never bored and no day is the same.

    Worst thing

Can get very intense in peak periods and you have to stay at the top of your game as company standards are very high. No staff discount off shift- only meals on breaks. On the few occasions that I have been mistreated or verbally abused by customers, managers have failed to back me up or taken it as seriously as I would’ve liked, as customers are often prioritised over staff.
