    There aren't any great things about working at Firstsource.

    Worst thing

    Awful, stressful environment in which you are timed by the second with breaks and time away from calls. I have gotten a written warning for having covid and I have found that first source take a high percentage of our sales bonuses from Sky and keep as a profit. Disgusting

    The best things are the holiday allowances and being able to book time off as and when you need too (if you have the holiday allowances available), and the free healthcare

    Worst thing

    They don't care about mental health, or how their staff feel, you're treated like a number. Even if you want to progress withing the job, the managers don't help you to do so. Sick pay is awful, sometimes they don't pay you right, and then take 2+ weeks to actually pay you the money they owe you. There's so much stress, if your one minute late off your breaks or lunches you're docked 15 minutes of pay. They revoke the access to swapping shifts and changing your shifts whenever they want too. The managers are too busy to even look after their teams and are put in useless meetings that are unnecessary all day. When you need help with customers or accounts no one is around to help. Some customers abuse you over the phones, if you use too much unplanned time you get pulled into an investigation, even if you're ill and have to work because you can't afford the time off.
