    Warehouse operative, January 2021

    • 25 or older
    • More than 3 years experience
  • Best thing

Overtime is always available if you need it. 15% discount and yearly bobus

    Worst thing

Stressful for management. Higher management cut staffing and expect the same standards/tasks done with less bodies. No recognition for hardwork. Unrealistic audits. Lack of training and development. Unable to leave store on unpaid break ( that is on the rare occasion you can take one) Supervisors are expected to do the same job as Assistant managers/managers for a lot less pay. Long hours
