    Helping older or disabled customers, and chatting to them, getting them exactly what they need.

    Continuous push down from above, working unreasonable and illegal hours to cover the fact they don’t want to hire enough staff, management never get their own breaks and half the time the staff are younger too which isn’t fair in anyone.
