Free lunch, sometimes you get to bring food home

Low wage. Feet, back, wrists and legs will ache from the constantly being on your feet, lifting and moving. You get burned from all the hot water and steam and you smell bad from constantly being around food waste. Many places dont allow time for breaks so you have stand eating your lunch. If its busy you cant take a 5 minute break without dishes piling up. Kitchen porter work is very hard and seriously underpaid, would not recommend unless you can't find any other work.
