  Management are extremely cliquey and have a shocking level of disregard for employment law and the companies polices. They also promote in a very discriminatory way based on age especially and gender. Therefore creating a very unhappy environment with demotivated employees

  The people, the other coach’s and managers make the climbing wall a fun place to be. You are supported and the work is generally stress free and good fun.

  The company as a whole doesn’t understand the running of climbing walls so development inside the wall is limited and supporting staff with additional training that isn’t mandatory is an infrequent occurrence

  The benefits are great, and the some of customers are amazing to talk too. It’s good as all the staff are a young or similar age, although this does make everyone clash

  You could turn up to shift and be forced to sit on the same pool for 3+ hours due to no staff, none of the managers will shut pools to help us rotate and won’t come see how everything is, sometimes if you are working you could be asked to go on pool for ages and when one pool shuts asked to do the pool test or clean the changing rooms allowing you to have no lunch. A lot of the staff are lazy and leave everything for the other staff, manager have no respect, as a student I am restricted to certain hours, so if I can’t work I will get a annoyed reply.
