Best thing
A free drink on shift
Worst thing
Over worked, not listened to, anyone higher than you feels they don’t need to show respect. Don’t care whether you have mental health issues they just don’t ask and act if they don’t ask they don’t know and therefore justifies their attitude. Very harsh and not worth the pay

Best thing
Working with people and seeing happy faces
Worst thing
Not enough hours and pay Is bad at night
Euro Garages Employee, June 2022
-
Best thing
Good team.
Worst thing
Long hours, on call 24/7 nor family friendly. Constantly been chased and a lot of lone working. No extra pay for nights/Christmas day etc. The company is always cutting except their prices, which are Constantly reviewed. Top management are just bullies, but with a smile.
