You can work a lot of hours in just a couple of days and have a good amount of days off, for example 2 days on of 16 hour shifts and 3 or 4 days off after that.
Personally don't think esland is a very good company to work for, the company as a whole don't care about their staff but homes management and teams do. Pay per hour is low for the work you do. Highly stressful job.

Hours are good unless staff don’t turn up then you are expected to stay until someone else comes in. This can take days to get cover.
