  Working in a historic place.

  Worst thing

  Only seasonal. Horrific upper management regime. Institutionalised system of bullying and prejudice. Abusive upper management. HR do nothing to stop this. So many
  upset staff and so may have left due to this. Unacceptable in 2026. HR ignores and buries complaints.

  Working in an historic building and the camaraderie between some of my colleagues.

  Worst thing

  Very little work in winter and the expectation to work a huge amount of overtime in summer. Poor management. Poor pay. Very short breaks. It's advertised as a heritage job, but it's actually just cleaning, retail and hard selling (membership).
