    Clients - making a difference to their lives by helping them take small significant steps with a aim of succeeding in whatever they want to accomplish- this is a very rewarding part of the job

    Worst thing

    Head office - registered managers who don’t spend time at our service don’t realise how hard we work on a day to day basis.. daily, getting paid just 25p more an hour than a normal support worker who does not have the responsibility I have.
