    Owned by BT who are constantly lowering our pay, they give a pay rise of 2% while lowering bonuses by 35% for more work than it used to be, no support outside of the store from higher ups, out of touch with how retail has gone .

    Very harsh KPI. Taught to tactically lie to your customers in order to sell more items. No regard for the customer real needs, only told to do whatever necessary to meet targets and force products down the customer’s throat even when they decline. Manager has no ethics and lies to the customer’s face. Seems good at face value, but after working there you realise how shady the company really is and it’s either lie to get sales or lose your job. Time without customers is spent cold calling customers to drive footfall.

    Stress of the job, managers always on your back why not getting sales because prices are sky high and cost of living is hammering everyone but they always want more, some managers don't know the systems anymore so when asking for help they cannot give it, some managers refuse to help staff and can be quite negative about helping, systems are slow or have issues but then we get asked to be personal with customers all fine and well if and when the computers actually work. While in office a manager shouted across the floor at someone that there stats from the following day where as they put it "Shit" in front of the whole floor, when quizzed you get the same excuse its just how they are..so basically managers get paid a lot of money and treat you like crap

    Some of the Team Leaders are very disrespectful and unprofessional. High staff turn around. So many mistakes are made by ee staff as they are not given the support/training they need. 90% of time is taken correcting errors made by ee employees because of this

    The managers higher up are really out of touch from what actually happens at an advisor level. Its pretty much impossible to book holiday, it's easy enough to book holiday through the online system but useless when there isn't enough annual leave to book off a day even 18 months in the future.

    Systems constantly crashing and your WiFi is to blame. Training inadequate, pushed to sell even though it's not a sales job, too much expected for the pay and very little training. Hardly any help on calls very stressful

    Get to see the latest tech before anyone else.
    Good pay if you have just come out of high school.

    Low pay rises or not at all.
    People above manager level talk about everyone like they are idiots.
    If the whole of EE didn't hit upgrade targets for a month, they blame the staff and not a national Lockdown.
    If you are really sick the only way to stop getting harassed to come back into work is giving them your death certificate.

    Constant scrutiny. Constant system issues. Everything is timed. Having to use breaks to finish tasks not done on calls. Forced to make up time if you go slightly over on a break but expected to continue call after shift ends, which is not taken into account.
