Stress, expectations, micro management, old school thinking/management, no pay increase, no reviews, don’t feel valued. Sometimes I feel as if we’re meant to be robots turning over work. No staff moral, can’t voice opinions, and if sick we're made to feel bad for letting the team down even with doctors notes.
