Best thing
Staff are amazing at keeping the store running and can plan things outside of the daily plan
Worst thing
Manager doesn’t do the rotas on time and hates new staff when they just want to help make the job easier for them. They also accuse staff of misbehaving and don’t like staff laughing or getting to know each other. The manager never plans the daily plans the store needs closing.

Best thing
Great team of people. Manageable expectations from the company. Nice customers. Challenging but in a good way. No unreasonable pressure. 20% discount.
Worst thing
Could be more staff incentive and benefits for staff.

Best thing
The other managers are really lovely and there is a lot of support from them. My area manager is good too.
Worst thing
Low pay for what is expected, hard to take time off because it’s always a job getting cover.
