    Company doesn't want to pay for maintenance costs, so not heating or air con. Working in 25+ heat doing manual labor in summer, and in the winter no heating with the doors open.
    Can't book holiday because so understaffed.
    Higher ups removed the position of Assistant Manager, so requiring supervisors so do this job on their same pay.
