Best thing
My team are amazing and supportive, I've met some great colleagues who have become lifelong friends & you're encouraged to speak up if there's a problem.
Worst thing
Upper management don't care, your past experience isn't taken into account and your life outside work doesn't matter. If you raise an issue nothing is done about it until it's too late & they claim wellbeing is a priority but if you're burnt out and need time off you're interrogated when you return.
