Best thing
the pay, the experience, laid back environment
Worst thing
no weekends off no discussion unless u use your holiday but my manager personally gets annoyed at that and says it looks like i’m more exited for time off than time in (like any normal person i’d rather be with my family what a shocker!) absolutely no bank holidays off no matter what unless it’s an emergency and only if the big boss thinks it’s an emergency, barely any career progression in sight

Best thing
It's very casual at times, we can be left to get on with various things, or we can relax and take breaks when we want (unpaid) The team is good but we're all stuck here as there's nothing that pays much more than this for the experience we collectively have.
Worst thing
You'll work 95% of all weekends.
There is no official sick pay. If you're sick, you better come in or lose a day's wages.
Far too many KPI targets to hit every week.
Sleepmatch is a joke as its a glorified weighing scale.
There is little to no progression as staff tend to stay where they are, and yet they'll put you on insanely long training courses for management roles, yet someone from outside the company can become a manager here with a little bit of training.... Yet they really don't know what they're doing half the time.Dreams Sales assistant, June 2021
