  • Best thing

It is a good group of people and can be an enjoyable job/ Had a good manager who is easy to work with and the staff around me are easy going and easy to work with,

    Worst thing

A total disconnect from the company generally - the company generally don't seem to appreciate what the staff do on the shop floor. The give our level of staff the fewest holidays, the fewest perks compared the the staff above and expect to give up more social hour time that they would do themselves.
