Best thing
If you're willing to put in the hours, effort and show you care for the company as a whole then progression is there.
Worst thing
The company is very KPI focused, forcing KPI's like sales, shoe care sales, accessory sales, sales from ship to homes and this is very stressful especially when not hit. Shoe cares the biggest they care about in many ways with a target of 4.25% however my store gets shamed for being less than 6% due to being very good at it.
