    Good amount of tips each week. Working with different personalities, some fun. Staff discount. Free food and drinks while working

    Worst thing

    High pressure, chefs can sometimes be volatile or unstable and are likely to take it out on you if you make a mistake. On your feet for long hours and most likely without a break. Sometimes required to stay late into the evening. Low pay. Skill goes unrecognized, only entertainment value noticed.
