    Lovely team, meaningful workplace, opportunities for learning and progression, friendly clients, good structure to the day.

    Constant price increases without telling staff, can be emotionally and socially draining, often unexpected overtime, poor regional and national management not involving colleagues in company decisions that directly affect us. Branches are focused on delivering a good service but regional and company managers are focused on making a profit. They want to be a good company to work for but this is not reflected in the pay of receptionists and PCAs.

    Head office and managers don’t listen to the staff that have more experience than they do in the job. Some managers come from different industry’s without knowledge and don’t listen to the advice of long time employees. You get promised one thing then they go back on it

    No work life balance. Hardly ever do contracted hours, always expected to do overtime at basic rate. Critisized by management if we are not able to do extra work. Under staffed. Low paid for working in unsociable conditions and working very long hours. Not all staff treated the same.
