What people are saying about sick pay at Crowne Plaza
-
Best thing
The daily hours are good. When contracted, there’s some stability.
Worst thing
Pay isn’t great for work load and compared to competitors. You can work up to ten days in a row on a full time contract. Overworked and stressful mornings, and usually understaffed majority of the time. No bonuses for staff and supervisors, only HOD’s get these even though staff are expected to work towards metric scores. Breaks are unpaid also.
