    Great team. Fab team leader and manager. Work from home. Monthly bonuses. Company keeps its workers updated on how the business is going. Recently gave every employee a £600 cost of living payment to help with the rising cost of UK bills. Lots of support if you need it. Training has improved massively since I started 4 years ago. Progression is a real option.

    Worst thing

    I can't think of anything I don't like. Maybe working from home could be a bit isolating for some but there is always the option to work in the office if you'd prefer.
