the people you meet, going out on viewings seeing houses, your days can be very flexible as long as you’re doing what you’re meant to.

the unrealistic targets, lack of training, extreme pressure, selective selling, having no say in decisions, no chance for promotion or payrise, low commission splits, not getting paid for breaks when you can’t take them, micromanaging
