The customers always enjoy having a talk with you after all that may be the only time they may get to talk to someone as they could be alone at home and just being there to talk to them brightens up their day. Helping customers on a daily basis with simple enquiries and helping them to get the things they need.

Some customers can be extremely rude but just don’t say anything and don’t react cause it will only make the situation worst. People on their phones while you are serving is just so rude and then they get annoyed when you ask them a question again while they are on the phone. Sometimes the management team can work alright but sometimes they can be lazy and don’t work
