    Not enough staff or hours to complete tasks to a good standard (1 person doing the workload of 2). Can be very stressful since you are given more work than what is realistically achievable. Especially around Christmas.

    Lack of hours. We are contracted to 16 but average 25 however when everyone wants more hours, instead of giving them they just hire another person. Give staff the option to increase contracts before they employ more
