  • Best thing

Service users, colleagues and main management.

    Worst thing

Expected to work non stop. Line managers are extremely unorganised, and have a disgusting attitude towards carers. Nor do they offer amy support whatsoever. The list is endless. The carers do care, its the line mangers that could not care less about carers or service users.
