get praise & recognised for good performance, lots of room for progression, good commission structure, every day is interesting & varied
staff can be two-faced, very competitive, whole job is based on figures/performance which can sometimes be stressful, very ‘dog eat dog’ industry to work in

Nothing anymore. Used to be good hours but now they've introduced Saturday working, 6 day weeks and late shifts from beneath us. Used to be 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday.
Management have no idea what's going on half the time, no chances for progression at all despite it being one of the main selling points at interveiw, contract says they can make you work between 8-8, 7 days a week if they choose and no choices for staff to have any say regardless of any outside factors. Seem to have no grip on their customers and don't provide much if any power to actually help members of the public we have to speak to. Basically a glorified call center. Avoid.
