Best thing
In office staff are quite young so it’s a fun environment but overall so inappropriate.
Worst thing
Sexual harassment that never gets reported, from managers and above. Pay is disgustingly low. Not much praise for what you do bar a pat on the back. Commission is near in possible to hit, in my area at least.

Best thing
Nothing anymore. Used to be good hours but now they've introduced Saturday working, 6 day weeks and late shifts from beneath us. Used to be 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday.
Worst thing
Management have no idea what's going on half the time, no chances for progression at all despite it being one of the main selling points at interveiw, contract says they can make you work between 8-8, 7 days a week if they choose and no choices for staff to have any say regardless of any outside factors. Seem to have no grip on their customers and don't provide much if any power to actually help members of the public we have to speak to. Basically a glorified call center. Avoid.
