    They allow a certain level of flexibility when I need to attend appointments. This happens a lot. It is easy to do. Some times the customers can be really nice.

    Too much is expected of managers and they are having to sacrifice elements such as supporting their team to get other more urgent admin done. There isn’t a consistently high level of support from managers. This is not their fault though.

    The people i work with are fantastic, the TLs are super helpful, and our TL genuinely cares about us

    Commission structure always changing and sometimes can be unachievable - base wage of £9.50 just isn’t enough to live on anymore. It’s November still can’t put on the heating - can’t afford it, and only buy food from the reduced section as can’t afford full priced/fresh food- and we dont drink, dont smoke, don’t go out at all.

    Get to work from home but they are lowering these amount of roles as time goes along

    Training as abysmal and they hiring systems is a mess for a company based around taking calls and working on computers 8 hours a day they hire people who dont know how to use a computer and then give them a week of training then throw them into the deep end to drown. No time put aside to help train them as the TLs are never not doing stupid tasks for no reason so after your 2 week nesting period you are on your own basically and anything you need to learn you have to go do yourself in your own time

    No help from managers
    Customers shout down the phone
    If you are stuck with a difficult customer you have to hope they hang up or you get disconnected as no manager will help you resolve it and the care team refuse your calls,
    If you’re still on the phone at 8pm everyone just logs off and leaves you with no help if you were to get stuck

    Consistent work, always get full hours per week, opportunity to earn more through bonus, referrals, incentives

    Pay is very low, shifts are low, micromanagement is rife, upper management unreachable, don’t care. Targets for bonus unreasonable, too many bonus detractors, too many reasons bonus is withheld, bonus sometimes withheld unfairly.
