    3.4

    Employee, April 2021

    • Β£10.98 per hour
    • 55–64 years old
  • Best thing

It's rewarding work, you make your own decisions on your workload and you're there in a family's darkest hour to give their loved one the dignity and care they deserve.

The pays pretty good, and the company does make a lot of allowances for staff to look after themselves and each other.

    Worst thing

Workplace politics and slackers that view it as a job rather than a career have brought the reputation down. The vehicles aren't maintained frequently enough and there have been times when you're expected to drive a vehicle to collect someone who has died and the lights don't work, or the heater has died in the middle of winter.

Higher up management do try to push things in the right direction though... its never truly dangerous.
