The people I work with day to day are great
Worst thing
The way the place runs is in shambles, the owner talks to everyone like a child. The owner is extremely involved and watches you like a hawk, picking at everything that you do. Pay is also an issue, if you go home sick just after the middle of the month or call in sick you’re paid a whole week late

The other therapists are nice to work with

12 hour shifts are too long with only 10minutes in-between clients so massaging 8-12 people usually in a day is too much, management is awful, always last minute changes to day with no respect for your time or energy, treatment rooms are unkept (hot water sometimes not working, sinks gurgling with sewage smells, shelves falling off walls, massage beds cracked)
