Work is not too stressful.
Some manager are nice and understanding.
Breaks are paid for.Worst thing
Long hours standing in some sites
4 on 4 off nights and days. Is not a good shift pattern for a healthy body and mind.
No extra pay for working night shift.
Training and induction is very poor on most sites.
There should be more breaks especially when working long shifts standing 1hour break after every three hours of standing.
