    Such a respectful and caring work environment. Feels like a little family. I work with lovely people who are always there for support or guidance which makes the whole job so much easier. I feel like the management team we have is wonderful, they are serious when needed but treat us as equals and with respect and you can't ask for more. The support is on a professional and personal level if needed. They are never afraid to offer support regardless what support is needed they try there utmost to be there for us and help where they can are are incredibly understanding. I feel lucky to have found a job that I enjoy and feel comfortable, welcome and part of the team from day 1 they always build our confidence in our roles in my opinion.

    Worst thing

    It can be stressful dealing with some customers as we speak to customers from all walks of life. We understand the frustration when sometimes things go wrong but I wish people had more respect for those trying to help and remember that we are just doing our job and we are not miracle workers we can only do what we can do some people can be very understanding of this, others not so much. Verbally abusing, being rude will not make it easy for anyone in any profession to help you. We try our best and that's all we can do.
