    The hours, good wage
    And generally able to clock in and clock out and not have to think about work after the day is done.

    Worst thing

    The lack of forward thinking adding pressure to staff. Bad management and general attitude towards staff from management. Poor training.
    The slyness of handing important questionnaires out at the end of day knowing people won't full them in full.
    For example a health and safety questionnaire handed 5min before the end of day. Not being paid over time if you clocked in out at 16.14 you have to at least clock out at 15min+ to get it but if your 3min late you get 15min taken off your pay.
