  Management, communication between management and other staff, communication between all staff. Stock issues, unfair treatment for no obvious reasons, ie apply for a promotion, have more experience, more qualifications and have worked there longer but yet the position is given to someone who doesn’t have even the minimum qualifications for the role or the experience necessary.
