    Everything else. Systems don’t work properly, goals are unachievable, if you want to provide good customer care, the company doesn’t care about customers just profits and does nothing to help the most vulnerable while bragging about their profits.

    The job is secure in a sense if this contract fails I would get moved to a different client. I love most of my colleagues who work in my office .

    Managers and higher management are appealing, nepotism, no progression, no free speech, bitchy managers, in crowds and cliques . Coaches think they’re gods gift to man kind . Appalling wages . Hard job not good wages for the job you do. Constant shift changes and team changes last minute and you can’t change it even if you have appointments or plans .

    No one listens to us. Expects us to hit unrealistic targets. No training, coaching or help whatsoever. Made to feel small if you need help. Any excuse to not pay commission. Telling us to ask embarrassing questions to customers an not listen to them.

    The rest of it. It's a stressful job, the managers only care about hitting targets, you're barely given any time to take a breather between calls, and you're only entitled to 3 separate days or 7 consecutive days off sick in a 12 months period before you're called into an absence meeting
