    Overworked the more you do the more work you get and the less you do the less work you are given. I am one of four administrators and I am always the one asked to do things before the other three.

    Constantly working in an underpaid, understaffed and stressful environment.

    Unless you are good at “being friends with the right people” you move very slowly through the field. Toxic department. Many promises, little delivery. Management form ‘cliques’.

    But again, we are here for the patients and the right for free healthcare for all. That’s the only thing keeping us alive in this job.

    But the NHS is rampant with toxicity and understaffing/underpay as the government (which is ultimately the runner of this show) needs to do something about fixing *their* environment they have created through underfunding and lies.
