Nothing really.
Worst thing
Management will bully you if you speak up about a problem. Management are only concerned with getting as much work done as possible to the point where we miss breaks and they still ask us to work on after we are due to finish work. Management can’t actually manage anything, we constantly bring up issues to them in team meetings and these things never get resolved.
