    Best thing

Strictly 9-5, not as much stress. As long as the work gets done and the customer is happy, everything runs smoothly. Managers respect you and your work, keep you well informed and the perks are great.

    Worst thing

Sometimes quality of engineers within the team can be a lot to contest with. But usually just a chance to widen your knowledge for your own self development.
