    Change for change sake without really understanding the impact of it to all areas. Systems are poor. So many different contracts that staff are on so it’s not fair across the board. There are people on part time hours being paid far more than others on full time contracts. New starter contract are far worse

    The hours if your parent or a single parent they don't work your hours around when you might have to pick your child up. They don't give you emergency care days

    The enviroment is really positive and the team i work with are all brilliant including my manager.

    The schedule also works out so i only work 18 days a month.

    Having customers shouting at you or taking their frustration with BT out on you.

    Sales as a whole is stressfull and results driven and can be stressful trying to hit targets especially if you are underperforming or you arent doing aswell as you have previously.

    All calls are monitored and some calls where you need to reduce someones bill by more than £15 are listened to in order to make sure you are laddering down instead of just offering lower prices immediately.

    Consistency, work practice, training is very thorough and you get constant feedback good or bad.

    Management- voice is never heard. Sick policy- disciplinary hearing after 3 events even if they were hospital or doctor ordered. Lateness policy- no opportunity to work back the time you missed, even if its a few minutes, pay is deducted. Call handling times- managers are hard in you even if you are only 2 seconds above target despite the nature of the call. There's always something you could have done better and will compare you to other members in the team who are currently hitting targets. Work shift patterns- an example week for me was 8-4:45, then 12:15-9, and 10:15-7, off, 2:15-11, off, 9-5:45. Shifts are all over the place. Only 1 water fountain to fill water bottles/cups/ to get a drink, for over 150employees. Vending machines are in the building but are never working, ways O.O.O
