Full time doesn’t always mean full time hours often having 3 days off a week. Also the people I work with are almost always great, and you get to travel.
Worst thing
Being a tiny part in a huge corporation for me has proven difficult to progress as interview processes have to be very filtered and not very personal. Also the pay is fine but people supporting themselves independently tend to need to work second jobs, especially if living in or around London.

Best thing
Flexibility. I like the team that I work with. The airport can be a fast paced and interesting place to work. I feel valued by my peers and those that I manage. It is a diverse, inclusive workplace.
Worst thing
A lot of verbal abuse due to the companies failures, which I often bear the brunt of. Not feeling supported by senior management. Senior leadership implementing changes with little to no frontline experience themselves. Senior leadership do not consult with frontline colleagues to better understand the challenges they are facing or what could be done to improve things.
