    the M&S food & my colleagues, the pay is okay.

    the rude and entitled customers, the sheer feeling of being trapped, certain managers doing less work than the CSA's, management not have a clue what it's like on the floor, too much workload, no room for progression, overpriced food (although it is good food though), long and tedious hours, not much flexibility in shift patterns.
