    Dealing with unique people and situations everyday and given the freedom to actually relax when all tasks are done.

    Working in an very dated environment with customers who will constantly (and understandably) complain about how bad it smells and how old everything is. Moto seriously need to put some money back into their company and will gain a more loyal customer base.
