  • Best thing

    Colleagues

    Worst thing

Over worked, to much responsibility for the pay. Store is too small for the foot traffic and the amount the store earns. Store manager does not have you best interest at heart. You cant be ill for more than three times a year without being written up for it

  • Best thing

My colleagues and the job role itself is interesting as two days are never the same.

    The people

    Worst thing

The level of work does not match the pay, it’s a blanket hourly rate across the store in different departments and specialist departments with more work and more training do not get paid more than general assistants who do basic work
