    Good people (in my team), decent environment

    Worst thing

    colleagues you’ve never met will pull you up on issues and not actually give clear advise on what’s wrong. Training is rushed. Holidays are very hard to book, we work 3 weekends and one late shift a month and can’t book weekends or late shifts off (a late shift is the only time we get a full weekend off). You barely ever get two days off in a row.

    Most of the team that i work with are amazing and very understanding of any problems that i may have. As well as this the pay is good.

    Worst thing

    yes the pay is good - when i get it all given to me. i’ve been underpaid several times in a row. There’s an unbalanced work load from shift to shift. Sometimes you have a million jobs to do, the next shift your stood behind tills for 4 hours.
