The management do everything they can within the rules of the company to help you out in terms of shifts and holiday leave. All the staff are generally friendly and easy to get on with. The work is fairly varied compared to other shops.
The company rules are really awkward concerning taking holiday level. The only 'bonus' you get for working for the company is a £10 voucher to be spent at bodycare at Christmas. Sometimes the shift patterns can be awkward i.e. working 5 1/2 hours over lunch with just a 10 minutes break or a 7 hour day with only a 1/2 hour unpaid break. It's not the easiest to progress through the company.
