Bluetree Group job reviews

  • Best thing

You get out what you put in. Alot of amazing people to work alongside

    Worst thing

    Alot of things to fix

    7.8

Bluetree Group Warehouse operative, September 2023

  • Best thing

The team that I work on is great never had an issue with the on floor staff or very few issues that can't be resolved. The owners are great and you always see them wandering around and speaking to staff but not on a investigative way more just to see how they are and how they are getting on.

    Worst thing

Main office management on a whole, apart from the odd couple, do not seem to care how things that they do and change effect the rest of the shop floor and when people speak out and suggest other options they don't want to listen and come up with terrible excuses as to why that won't work or as to why they are doing things there way. They very rarely come out onto the shop floor unless there are visitors so they look like they actually help out. There is only one or twoanagers I have ever seen, that still work there, that will come out and just speak and check up with the staff.
