  Management don't know what they're doing. You could have absolutely no knowledge or experience and would still somehow manage to get a job. Working conditions are terrible. Employee problems are always voiced but are never listened to.

  There are not many good points about working for Big. Some of the staff are friendly.

  I work with some amazing people. Job it self is fun at times but stressful on really busy days.

  Upper Management is bad. My team Manager is great but high up management is bad.
