    Some of the team become best friends, mostly nice regulars, more freedom than other places

    Worst thing

    People get promoted to leadership based on how they look to higher management who don’t visit often, but those people then act very different when higher managers are not around. it’s unsafe at times with misfunctioning equipment, being alone in the early morning and late at nights even when people have been stabbed in the city or town centre near by or when other stores in the business and in the town have been robbed
