  • Best thing

The ONLY good thing about working at Beaverbrooks is you get nice customers because they're usually buying for an occasion and they love talking about it. So 80% of the time it's friendly customers

    Worst thing

Managers are the absolute worst !!! They pressure you for every sale. They don't let anything go if you do anything accidentally wrong. I hate coming into work because of the managers. They give unfair jobs to everyone. The staff who have worked here 5+ years seem to get no jobs eg putting stock away and tidying the display window. And the new people seem to be doing everything. Managers seem to always be having chats between eachother whilst sales consultants are doing work/sales/cleaning. And we get told we don't do enough work!! They're always complaining about anything and everything that we do
